The Double Room 112 is one of four newly completed (May 2024) double rooms on the first floor of Mariensztat 8 Apartments.


A stylish and comfortable,
19m2 double room is air-conditioned a single space room with a comfortable queen bed, large smart TV, laptop-suitable desk and a fitting safe, a mini-fridge for beverages, a coffee corner including a Nespresso machine, and a French balcony facing the inner courtyard of the building.
To ensure quality rest the room has black-out blinds.
The double Room has a very comfortable and elegant bathroom with a spacious rain shower and all the necessities for the comfort of our guests, such as high-quality bathrobes, a hair dryer, and ecological toiletries.

Double Rooms have master-switch for energy saving and purposely crafted trash separation bins built-in the cabinets.

Unfortunately the 1st floor rooms do not have an elevator access but our service employees will gladly help with your luggage.
